Remove the outer carron and packing materia
from the shipping base. Remove the kick pan I
See Fig. 6 by removing tWo screws ar the top nd
pulling forward. l~he range is held ro the skid by
two bolts in the front behind the kick panel, -ee
Fig. 6 and two L-brackers located on the borr m
flange of rherange back -See Fig.9. Afrer rem v-
ing the bolts and brackers,rhe range must be Ii -
ed and removed fr'Dm the skid. Due ro the
weight, a dolly with soft wheels should be use ro
move this unit. Tne weight must be supporre ,
uniformly across the bottom -See Fig. 8.

NOT LIFT THE RANGE BY THE
OVEN DOOR HANDLES !!
The range has a shipping weight of approximate-
ly 408 pounds or 354 pounds after removal of
packing materials. It is recommended that the
door, grates, burners, front kick panel and drip
pan (below knobs), be removed ro facilitate han-
dling. This will reduce the weight ro about 230
pounds.
To remove the door, open the door and hold i all
the way open. Close the hinge larches -See Fi

and release the door. The door can then be
removed by gently lifting and pulling thedoo ,
wirh the hinges UJ::I and our of the framt:,

DO NOT REMOVE THE GRILL OR
GRIDDLE ASSEMBLIES.
It may be necessary to remove the oven doors and
knobs to pass through some doorways. With the
doors and knobs removed a 29-3/8" wide open-
ing is required. Without removing the door, a
30-13/16" wide opening is required -See Fig. 2A.

The professional range should be transported
y
a dolly close to its final location. The range c n
be tipped back and supported on the rear legs
while the dolly is removed. The floor under t e
legs should be protected (Wood Strips, Carpet,
Paneling, Etc.) before pushing the unit back i to
position. Electric and gas connections should e
made (Steps 4 & 5) and the backguard installe
(Step 6) before the: range is placed in its final osi-
tion. If the unit i~; to be converted to LP gas,
convert is before pushing the unit into place. See
Step 5.

For proper performance, the professional ran e
should be level. To achieve a flush fit of the r nge
to adjoining countertops, it will be necessary 0
have level cabinets (front to back, and left to ight
across the opening of the range). After checki g
