Monitor (Internal Party)

Description
The Emerald ICE system allows users to monitor conversations at other extensions.
Monitoring of busy extensions and outside lines is possible only at
extensions with a an authorized Monitor Class of Service.
1. Place a call to a busy extension or press a busy outside line button.

Operational Notes
• The highest level of priority in Monitor Class is 0. 9 is the least priority level.
• Monitor will not be allowed if the called extension's Monitor COS matches
the calling extension Monitor COS.
