Forwarding Calls

There are two ways to forward incoming calls to another party:
Static Forwarding: Incoming calls are forwarded in special cases (before
ringing, if there is no answer, or if the line is busy).
Dynamic Forwarding: You can forward a call to someone else as it is
ringing on your phone.
All incoming calls can be forwarded to another party while Do Not Disturb is
enabled on your phone. For more information, contact your system
administrator.
Call Forwarding is not available on shared lines.
This feature is local to the phone, and may be overridden by call server settings.

Static Forwarding
To forward all incoming calls to another party:
1. From the idle screen, press the Forward soft key.
2. If multiple lines are configured on your phone, select the line to forward
from the list using
3. Scroll to select the forwarding type you want to change, and then press
the Select soft key. The options are:
— Always—To forward all incoming calls
— No Answer—To forward unanswered incoming calls
— Busy—To forward calls that arrive when you are already in a call
