Answering Calls

1. Pick up the handset
2. Or do one of the following:
• To answer a call using the handset, pick up the handset.
• To answer a call with the speakerphone, press
• To answer a call using a headset, press
• To answer a new call while on an active call, press Answer. The current call will be held.

Ending Calls

1. Replace the handset in the cradle
2. Or do one of the following:
• To end an active call, replace the handset in the cradle, press
To end a held call, highlight the held call. Press Resume and then press End Call.

Holding Calls

To hold a call, highlight the call and press Hold.

2. To resume a held call, press Resume.

Transferring Calls

1. Press or hold Transfer and call the other party.
2. Press Blind to complete the transfer without announcing the transfer to the second party.

Forwarding Calls

1. To forward an incoming call, press Forward on the incoming call screen and enter the contact's number.
2. Then press Forward.
Forward All Calls
1. Select Forward on the home screen and choose Always, No Answer, or Busy and enter the contact's number and select Enable.
If you choose No Answer, enter the number of rings before the call is forwarded.
2. To disable call forwarding, select Forward on the home or idle screen. Select the forwarding type to disable and press Disable.
