Symptom
You are trying to access one of
the following features, but it is not
available on your phone:
Corporate Directory
Recording and Playback of
Audio Calls
Managing Conferences

Testing Phone Hardware

Problem
The license is not installed on
your phone or it has expired.
Your system administrator may ask you to access a diagnostics menu on your
phone to test your phone hardware. From the diagnostics menu, you can test
your phone's microphones, speaker, handset, third-party headset (if present),
keypad mappings, and color LCD display. See your system administrator for
instructions on how to perform these tests.
To test your phone hardware:
Press
>>
> Audio Diagnostics, Keypad Diagnostics, or Display Diagnostics.
Corrective Action
Do the following:
Press the Menu key, then select
Status > Licenses.
Using the arrow keys, verify that the
features that you want to use has a
valid license.
Contact your system administrator.
, and then select Status > Diagnostics > Test Hardware
