2. SIMPLE TROUBLESHOOTING

Check the following items, and if the problem still occurs, call service for assistance.

MAINTENANCE
Copier does not start
Insert the power cord plug firmly.
Close the covers properly.
Press the
COPY or
clear the mode. (It takes a while until the copier
becomes ready.)
Input the correct department code.
If you are using a key copy counter, insert it
into the slot.
Wait until the copier becomes ready.
Copy density is too low
Replace the toner cartridge.
Set the image density properly with the manual
density keys.
Copy density is too high
Set the image density properly with the manual
density keys.
