12. DOCUMENT STORAGE

1 This feature allows images of the originals to be stored on the hard disk of the copier, and copies can be
made from the hard disk later. This copying method consists of the following two modes:
MEMORIZE mode ....... Stores original images at the specified location of the hard disk.
PRINT mode ................ Prints the originals stored in the Memorize Mode in
* Originals can be stored in up to 24 locations.

* Up to 400 original sheets can be stored in each location.
Note
Total Document Storage capacity is determined by the size of the documents.

Storing Documents in the MEMORIZE Mode

1 Set the original(s).
2 Press the EDIT key to enter the editing menu. Then,

press the DOCUMENT STORAGE key.
• If the key for the desired function is not shown, press the
Next key to switch the screen.

Press the MEMORIZE key.

Press the file name column of the location number
(ID) where you want your document stored, key in
the file name and press the SET key.
• Select any ID where no data have been stored.

• Entering letters
Select other copy modes as required.
