4. Insert the five screws and replace the rubber feet atop the two upper screws, using the replacement
rubber feet and bottom label included in the Battery Pack Kit (FIG. 5).

The three bottom screws are shorter than the top two screws. The screws must be
re-assembled in their original location or the device can be damaged during
reassembly.
5. Restart the device to confirm that the new battery is functioning correctly.
6. Attach the residual voltage discharge adaptor (SAA5966-27-A) to the old battery and allow any
remaining charge to dissipate. Note that the adaptor may become warm to the touch for up to 12
hours.
