CAUSE
Choke lever is in the
OPEN position.
Throttle control lever is
not set high enough.
High pressure hose is too
long.
Chemical filter is
blocked.
Chemicals being used
are too thick.
High pressure hose is too
long.
Chemical build up inside
the chemical injector.
Worn seal or packing.
Worn or obstructed
valves.
Loose connections.
Worn or broken O-rings.
Pump head or tubes
damaged from freezing.
Oil seals worn.
Worn O-rings.
Pump is overheating
Nozzle obstructed.
SOLUTION
Set the choke lever to the OFF (right)
position.
Move the throttle control lever to left.
Make sure the high pressure hose is under
100 feet.
Clean the filter.
Dilute the chemicals. The chemicals
should have the consistency of water.
Use a longer supply hose instead of a very
long high pressure hose.
Have the parts cleaned or replaced by
your dealer.
Have them replaced by your dealer.

Tighten.

This is a safety feature and should be
expected, it cools the pump by releasing
