6-4 Common Settings for
Slow & Quick Motion
Shooting
Proceed as follows to set the target frame frequency and
signal format required for Slow & Quick Motion shooting.

Perform steps 1 and 2 in the procedure of "To set with
FORMAT" (page 55) in 5-1-1 "Selecting the System
Signal Format".

Set the target frame frequency ("FRAME") and signal
format ("SIGNAL") with reference to steps 3 to 5 in
the procedure of "To set with FORMAT" (page 55) in
5-1-1 "Selecting the System Signal Format".
It is also possible to open the FORMAT LIST setting
window using the menu item "OTHERS" and select
the signal format. For more information, see "To set
with OTHERS" (page 56) in 5-1-1 "Selecting the
System Signal Format".

Perform the same procedure as above to set "FPS
FORMAT".
The values which can be selected for "FPS FORMAT"
vary according to the combination of the target frame
frequency and signal format set in step 2.
