BELT DRIVE
4. Install:
• washer 7
• primary fixed sheave 8
• claw washer 9
• kickstarter one-way clutch 0
• conical spring washer A
• primary sheave nut B
NOTE:
• Install the conical spring washer A as shown
in the illustration.
• While holding the generator rotor with the
rotor holding tool, tighten the primary sheave
nut.

INSTALLING THE BELT DRIVE

1. Install:
• clutch carrier nut 1
NOTE:

While holding the clutch carrier with the rotor
holding tool 2, tighten the clutch carrier nut
with the locknut wrench.
