Connecting external equipment for playback

To output recorded files from speakers of
external equipment, connect the audio
input jack or digital input jack of the external
equipment to the LINE OUT (OPT) jack of the
linear PCM recorder using an audio cable or
optical digital cable.

Connecting an analog device

AV amplifier/player (analog type)
to an audio
input jack
to the LINE OUT
(OPT) jack
Audio cable (not
supplied)

Select a file you want to play using
the HOME menu (page 28).

Press the  button.
Playback starts.

Connecting a digital device

AV amplifier/player (digital type)
to a digital
input jack
to the LINE OUT
(OPT) jack
Optical digital audio
cable (not supplied)

the HOME menu (page 28).

Playback starts.
Note
The linear PCM recorder can output LPCM
44.1/48.0/88.2/96.0/176.4/192.0 kHz, 16/24 bit digital
signals.
Playback may not be possible depending on the
connected device or environments.
