Error codes

The Arriva has self diagnostic electronics that monitor the appliance during start up and
operation.
Should a fault occur the heater will shut down. The fault that has caused the shut down will be
indicated by a pair of flashing digits in the error display window of the control panel, and a green
flashing operation indicator.

Suggested solution
Reset heater, press the On/Off button twice, or use
remote control and press the Standby/On button once
for standby mode, press the Standby/On button a second
time to turn the heater on.
Check gas supply is turned on, switch heater to standby
and then on again. If ignition failure continues a service
call will be required.

Clean filters, if error continues a service call is required.
Lower room temperature to below 40 °C.
