(3). Selection of Media
Pressing the "GO" key on the operator panel, select the suitable process for the media
to be used.
When the media select key is pressed, the media lamp changes as follows:

3.4.3 On-Line Print
After confirming that the printer has completed the test print in the test print mode, carry
out the online print according to the following procedures.

Connect the interface cable to

the control box.
Set the power switch to 'ON'

Confirm that the printer is set to
the online mode. (See the figure
3 in the right column for details.)
Confirm the indication of the
operator panel.
Upon completion of the
warming-up procedure,
'Alarm' LED lamp is lit.

The warming-up procedure
takes about
approximate 45 seconds.
Upon receipt of the 'PRINT'
5 signal transmitted from the host,
the printer starts to print.
