Is the applicable toner cartridge PU installed properly ?
Replace the existing toner cartridge with brand new toner cartridge PU.

Confirmation of toner sensor PU.
Is the connector of toner sensor TTR side failed ?
Replace the Toner Sensor PU (TTP/TPD).
Is the message "16 ALIGN TONER CG Y/M/C/K" cleared ?
Replace the I/O board PU.
