Problem/Symptom
Watcher displays the
message "SIM blocked.
Contact service provider
for details".
When you send an SMS
message, Watcher
displays "Unable to send
the message. Check the
Routing Option, and
make sure the Service
Center Number is
correct".
You send an SMS
message, but the
sending is unsuccessful,
and a copy of the
message was not saved
to the Outbox (so you
can't try to resend the
message).
Note: You must have the
AirCard installation CD to
complete this procedure.

Possible Causes
a.
When trying to enter the
current SIM password, you
typed the password incor-
rectly too many times.
a.
The Service Center Number
may be incorrect.
b.
The Routing Option (in the
SMS tab of the Options
window) is set to GPRS.
When you sent the SMS
message, you were not
connected to the GPRS
network.
a.
The Routing Option (in the
SMS tab of the Options
window) is set to GPRS and
the Save to Outbox option is
set to Never. When you sent
the SMS message, you were
not connected to the GPRS
network.

Reinstalling the AirCard Driver

This section applies, if you accidentally installed the wrong
driver for the AirCard (that is, you installed a driver for
another device, or you installed the AirCard driver for another
version of Windows; each supported Windows operating
system has its own AirCard driver).
If the wrong driver is installed, then, when you run Watcher,
Watcher will display a message
