Service Centre The number of the SMS Service Centre of
Number your service provider.
SMS messages you send are sent to this
centre, then to the recipient's SMS Service
Centre.
Change this number only if instructed to do
so by the service provider.

Validity Period Specifies how long you would like
unsuccessfully delivered messages that
you sent to be stored on the network,
before they are discarded by the network.
