Hot-plug fan installation requirements

You must observe the following requirements when installing redundant hot-plug
fans:
To ensure optimum cooling, populate the primary fan locations before
populating the redundant locations.
If a primary fan fails, replace the nonfunctioning fan before installing fans in
redundant locations.
the server performs an immediate shutdown if it detects a critical
temperature level.

function and it overrides any firmware or software actions.
