[User Add]
•Enter "User ID" and "Password" for the User. Then select the group that the user has permission, there are
three options "Group1", "Group2", and "Group3".

If you press "Add", the entry is registered and displayed in the user list on the right.
•
If you press "Clear", then User ID and Password details entered on the left are deleted.
[User Delete]
•
First select a User ID to be deleted from the user list on the right, select it by pressing the "Enter" button.
•
If you press "Delete", only the selected User ID is deleted from the list.
•
If you press "Delete All", all the User IDs registered to the list are deleted.
4.5.1.3 Group Setup

Change the parameters set to each group.

There are 3 user group levels, so each group can be set with different permission for system set up and
search modes.
[Menu]
•
Check "Recording" to enable set-up permission to Motion detection, Schedule, Quality/Resolution,
Property.
•
Check "Camera" to enable set-up permission to Channel setting, Alarm In Setting, Alarm In/Alarm Out link,
Alarm In/Camera link, Spot Out/Camera link.
•
Check "Network" to enable set-up permission to DDNS Setup, Network Setup, Network Test, NTP Setup,
Emergency Notification.
•
Check "System Setup" to enable set-up permission to User Management, Site Setup, Software Upgrade,
Schedule, Storage, POS management.
•
Check "System Info" to enable set-up permission to Log Info, Factory Default, System Shutdown/Restart.
[Search]
•
Check "Playback" to enable search.
•
Check "Backup" to set up the JPEG/BMP, KDB and SFX backup and remote backup for any image saved.
[Option]
•
Check "Secure" to provide permission to view secure channels.
