PANEL DESCRIPTION
■ Programmable function keys
The followng functons can be assgned to [P0], [P1], [P2], [P3],
[Red], [
Consult your Icom dealer or system operator for detals concern-
ng your transcevers programmng.
If the programmable functon names are bracketed n the followng
explanatons, the specfic swtch used to actvate the functon de-
pends on programmng.
CH UP AND DOWN KEYS
• Select an operatng channel.
• Select a transmt code channel after pushng the [TX Code CH
Select] keys.
• Select a DTMF channel after pushng the [DTMF Autodal] key.
• Select a scan group after pushng and holdng the [Scan A Start/
Stop]/[Scan B Start/Stop] keys.
• Select a BIIS code, status number or SDM after pushng the
[Dgtal] key.
BANK SELECT KEY
Push ths key, then push [CH Up] or [CH Down] to select the de-
sred bank.
SCAN START/STOP KEYS
➥ Push ths key to start scannng; and push agan to stop.
➥ Push and hold ths key to ndcate the scan group, then select
the desred scan group usng [CH Up]/[CH Down].
SCAN TAG KEY
Adds or deletes the selected channel to the scan group.
