Router Mode (Optional IP Packet Processor Required)

Figure 4‐14 shows a block diagram and cabling example of a CDM‐625 1:1 modem configuration
using the 10/100 Ethernet Interface in Router Mode, with the optional IP Packet Processor
installed and enabled. Direct connection is made via only one of four RJ‐45 ports using user‐
provided Ethernet cables and a Layer 2 switch, so no cables or kit is required.
