Router Mode (Optional IP Packet Processor Required)
Figure 4-14 shows a block diagram and cabling example of a CDM-625/A 1:1 modem configuration
using the 10/100 Ethernet Interface in Router Mode, with the optional IP Packet Processor
installed and enabled. Direct connection is made via only one of four RJ-45 ports using user-
provided Ethernet cables and a Layer 2 switch, so no cables or kit is required.
