This option is used to set the Reserved Voice Virtual Path
Identifier (Reserved Voice VPI) to a number between 0 and
1000.

15.
This option sets the number of bad (invalid) cells detected

This option dictates the number of good (valid) cells detected
before the DS3-PSM re-enters the synchronized state.
