Using Your Conventional Top Oven

Richmond models
Switching on the oven
G
Turn the control knob towards the conventional oven
settings.
G
Select the temperature you require.
G
The thermostat indicator will come on to show that the
oven is heating, and once the temperature is achieved,
it will go out.
G
Throughout the duration of your cooking the neon may
come on and off, this shows that the thermostat is
maintaining the chosen heat setting.
G
To switch off the top oven, simply turn the control
knob back to the 'G ' position.
G
The cooling fan will come on during use, and may
continue to run for some time afterwards.
Important: Never
i
place food, or dishes on
the base of the main
oven - the element is
here and it will cause
over heating.
Note:
i
This is a secondary
oven - ideal for smaller
dishes.
