Set the degree of grinding to be coarser by one fourth
rotation (chapter "3.6.3 Grinding grade setting: Perfect
Extraction System" on page 40).

Check whether the water tank is completely pushed in.

Remove the milk hose from the milk container and press
the milk foam button.
Is hot water dispensed instead of steam?

Carry out descaling.

Call the hotline.

Deaerate coffee machine: Dispense hot water until a
constant stream of water comes out.
