CE Only - Along with the error codes from the preceeding
pages, CE units have the following self-diagnostic error codes:
CAUSE
High limit Reset the high limit by manually pushing up on the red reset
button; if the high limit does not reset, the high limit must be
replaced per High Limit Temperature Control Section
Drain switch Close the drain, using the drain valve handle; if display still
shows "E-15", check the drain microswitch per Drain
Microswitch Section
Air pressure Press the Timer button to try the ignition process again,
switch failure and if "E-20 A" persists, call Henny Penny's Service
(stuck closed) Department
Draft fan or Press the timer button to try the ignition process again,
air pressure and if "E-20 B" persists, call Henny Penny's Service Depart-
switch failure ment; number of failures can be seen in Review Usage Section
(stuck open) of Operator's Manual, then press "Exit Cool"
Left gas module Press the timer button to try the ignition process again, and
failure if "E-20 C" persists, call Henny Penny's Service Department
Right module Press the timer button to try the ignition process again, and if
failure "E-20 D", persists, call Henny Penny's Service Department
Both modules Press the timer button to try the ignition process again, and if
failure "E-20 E", persists, call Henny Penny's Service Department
Left module- Press the Timer button to try the ignition process again, and if
no flame sense "E-20 F", persists, call Henny Penny's Service Department
Right module- Press the timer button to try the ignition process again, and if
no flame sense "E-20 G", persists, call Henny Penny's Service Department
Both modules- Press the timer button to try the ignition process again, and if
no flame sense "E-20 H", persists, call Henny Penny's Service Department
