Clean and neutralize the
frypot; rinse with vinegar
to remove the alkaline, then
rinse with hot water and
dry frypot
•
Open valve - push cleaning
rod through drain opening
from inside of frypot
•
Replace cotter pins in valve
coupling
•
Remove obstruction
through drain
valve

Replace drain valve
