Lists
A group list is a collection of extensions and/or mailbox numbers assigned
a special "group number." By using this group number, you can send a
message to everyone on the list at one time.
To create a group list:
1 Pick up the handset and press the Message button to access the voice
messaging system.
2 Enter your password and then press #.
3 Press '9' for Mailbox Options.
4 Press '3' to select Group Lists.
5 Press '2' to select Create Group.
6 Enter a two-digit Group Number. This can be any two numbers you want.
7 Record a name for the group after the tone, and then press #.
8 Press '1' to save the group name, '2' to change the group name, or
exit without saving.
9 Enter the extensions and/or mailbox numbers of other users on the
system that you want to add to this group list.
Choose from the following options:
Press to save the group list.
Press to cancel creation of a group.
Press twice to go to the previous menu.
You can review each of your group lists and add or remove members, or
you can delete a group list entirely.
To modify a group list:
1 Pick up the handset and press the Message button to access the voice
messaging system.
2 Enter your password and then press #.
3 Press '9' for Mailbox Options.
4 Press '3' to select Group Lists.
