To add or modify a Personal speed dial:
1 Login to NetSet as a User.
2 Select the Speed Dials tab, and then click the Personal button.
3 Enter the telephone number you want to add in the Destination Number
field.
4 Enter a description for the number in the Comment field.
5 Click Set.
The administrator can create up to 100 System-wide speed dials for
numbers that are frequently dialed by most users. To dial them you must
press the Feature button and enter a three-digit number associated with
that telephone number. In addition, your administrator can assign a
System-wide speed dial number as a One-touch speed dial on all
telephones or a group of telephones on the system.
Your administrator maintains System-wide speed dials, and this section of
NetSet serves only as a directory. See

for more detailed instructions on dialing this type of speed dial from
your telephone.
You may also find it useful to have a paper list of personal or system
speed dials. To print a list of speed dials:
1 Login to NetSet as a User.
2 Select the Speed Dials tab, and then click the Personal or System-wide
button.
3 Click

4 A web page is displayed listing all Personal, System speed dials allocated.
5 Click the print button on the list to print the list.
Directed Pickup allows you to retrieve a call ringing on another
telephone. This feature is arranged in advance when a scenario exists
where a user knows that it would be convenient or necessary to retrieve
calls ringing on another telephone.
