Configuring Night service

If external call forwarding has been set up for an MSN, you cannot set up

Night service for that MSN.

Double-click Configuration in Folder List.
This displays the dialogues available.
ì
Click Night service.
You will now see the Night service tab.
ì
In the MSN list, click the MSN for which want to configure Night service.
This highlights the row.
ì
Activate the On option to switch on Night service for the selected MSN.
The changeable settings are shown with default values.
ì
Activate the Sat - Sun all day option for 24-hour Night service on Saturdays and
Sundays.
ì
In the Night service destination > Forwarding section define whether the selected
MSN is to be redirected during active Night service to an internal device or an exter-
nal telephone number:
– For the Forwarding destination Internal choose the appropriate device in the
Device name field.
or
– For Forwarding destination External, enter an external telephone number with
up to 32 digits in the Forwarding destination field.

In the Start field, enter the time (hour/minutes) for the daily start of Night service.
ì
In the Stop field, enter the time (hour/minutes) for the daily end of Night service.
ì
Click Apply.
The new settings will be sent to the base station. The MSN list will now be updated.
If you want to configure Night service for several MSNs, you can select the

MSN list rows without clicking Apply. Your changes remain unaffected
while switching between rows.
