Creating a new central directory

Click Directories in Folder List.
This opens the directory manager.
ì
In the All section, click the PC tab.
This displays the central directory (PC directory). After installing talk&surf there are
no directory entries.
ì
Click PC directory to create your central directory.
ì
Select one of the following methods:
– Enter telephone numbers manually
You will find a detailed description in Chapter "Creating a new directory entry" on
page 110.
or
– Copy telephone numbers from a handset
You will find a detailed description in Chapter "Receiving a directory from a hand-
set" on page 115.
or
– Import telephone numbers from an older version
You will find a detailed description in Chapter "Importing a telephone database
from an older version" on page 118.
or
– Import telephone numbers from a PC address book
You will find a detailed description in Chapter "Importing directory entries from a
file" on page 119.
