Menu Edit

Use Menu Edit to open the functions for editing Calls lists and directories:
Menu Description
command
Opens the Edit entry dialogue where you can
change the name and telephone number of the
Edit entry selected entry.
This menu command is only available for entries in
the central directory.
Opens the Edit Name dialogue where you can
Modify Hand- change the name of the selected entry.
set entry The menu command is only available for entries in
a handset directory.
Removes the selected entry.
Delete Hand-
The menu command is only available for entries in

Copies the selected entry to a handset directory.
Copy to Hand- This menu command is only available for entries in
set/s a handset directory. The handset directory must be
selected.
Copies the selected entry to the central directory.
Copy to The menu command is only available for entries in
Address book a handset directory. The central directory must be
selected.
Removes the selected entry.
Delete Caller This menu command is only available for entries in
a handset directory.
Select All Selects all the entries in the Calls list displayed.
Removes all the selected entries from the Calls list
Delete
displayed.
Flags all the selected entries with a sealed envelope
Mark As Read
icon.
Mark As Flags all the selected entries with an open envelope
Unread icon.
