Maintenance timing
Check on first use of a projector
Before you power on the projector for the very first time, it is required to perform some checks.
Description
Visually check the projector housing on damage
Visually check the projector support on damage or wear
Visually check the projection lens housing on damage
Visually check the projection lens on dust or stains: clean if required
Visually check all air inlet grids: vacuum clean if dust is present
Visually check all cables and connectors on damage
Check the cooling liquid level: add cooling liquid if the reservoir is not full
Time dependent maintenance
Some maintenance tasks must be performed on a regular time base.

Maintenance task description
Visually check the projector housing on damage
Visually check the projector support on damage or wear
Visually check the projection lens housing on damage
Display different test patterns and check the projected image
Visually check the projection lens on dust or stains: clean if required Operator
Vacuum clean all air inlet grids
(In case of the smaller cooling liquid reservoir) Check the cooling
liquid level: add cooling liquid if the reservoir is not full
(In case of the larger cooling liquid reservoir) Check the cooling liquid
level: add cooling liquid if the reservoir is not full
Make a backup of the projector using Projector Support tool
Visually check all cables and connectors on damage
Clean the projector covers
Clean the projector lens housing
Evaluate the brightness: clean optics if required
