7.4 Hot-air grilling (main oven)
FUNCTION SELECTOR
THERMOSTAT FROM 50° TO 200°C
Ensures uniform heating with greater heat penetration into the food.
Food will be lightly browned on the outside and remain soft inside.
Keep the oven door closed during cooking. Heating up time must not
exceed 60 minutes.
Keep the oven door closed during grill cooking. Grilling with the
door open can permanently damage the oven and jeopardise
safety whilst the grill is on.
7.5 Delicate cooking (auxiliary oven)
FUNCTION SELECTOR
THERMOSTAT KNOB BETWEEN 50 – 250°C
Suitable for pastries and cakes with sticky toppings, with small amounts
of sugar, and moist desserts in moulds or tins. Excellet results are
achieved when finishing cooking for foods on the base or in cooking
procedures that require heating especially in the lower part. The pan
should be placed on the bottom runner.
