    COOKING HOB INDICATOR LIGHT (A) Indicator light A switches on to indicate that one or more of the cooking zones are heating. When all knobs are set to 0, the light goes off.

  • Page 9 Instructions for the user 3.2.2 Timer This function only activates the buzzer, without stopping cooking. Press and the display will light up as shown in figure 1; Within 5 seconds press key to set the timer. Each time a key is pressed, an outer segment representing 1 minute of cooking is lit or switched off (figure 2 shows 1 hour and 10 minutes).
  • Page 10 Instructions for the user 3.2.3 Programming Cooking duration: the 2nd button can be pressed to set the cooking duration. Before it can be set, the thermostat must be turned to the desired cooking temperature and the function selector knob to any setting.
  • Page 11 Instructions for the user Cooking start: as well as setting a cooking duration, the cooking start time can also be set (with a maximum delay of 12 hours in relation to the current time). To set the cooking start/end time, proceed as follows: Set the cooking duration as described in the previous point.

    The lamps go off upon temperature dropping to below approximately 60°C. Before using the hob for the first time, pre-heat it to the maximum temperature long enough to burn any manufacturing oily residues which could give the food unpleasant odours.
  • Page 13 Take care not to spill sugar or sweet mixtures on to the hob when hot. Never place materials or substances which may melt (plastic or aluminium foil) on the hob. If this occurs, promptly switch off and remove the molten material with the scraper provided while the cooking zone is still warm to prevent it from being damaged.

USING THE OVEN 5.1 General warnings and advice Before using the oven for the first time, pre-heat it to the maximum temperature (250°C) long enough to burn any manufacturing oily residues which could give the food unpleasant odours. At first use after a power blackout, press the central knob for 1 - 2 seconds to enable oven cooking operations.

Oven rack: for cooking food on plates, small cakes, roasts or food requiring light grilling. Tray rack: for placing on top of a tray for cooking foods which may drip.

    Instructions for the user 7. COOKING HINTS In fan-assisted mode preheating should be carried out at 30/40°C above the cooking temperature. This considerably shortens cooking times and reduces power consumption, as well as giving better cooking results. Air circulation in the oven ensures a uniform distribution of heat.
  • Page 18 Instructions for the user 7.4 Hot-air grilling FUNCTION SWITCH THERMOSTAT SWITCH FROM 50° TO 250°C Ensures uniform heating with greater heat penetration into the food. Food will be lightly browned on the outside and remain tender inside. During cooking the oven door must be closed, and the maximum heating time must not exceed 60 minutes.

    8.1 Cleaning the glazed ceramic hob Before any intervention, disconnect the power supply of the device. The cooking hob should be regularly cleaned; best after every use, once the residual heat signal lamps have gone off. Smudges from aluminium-bottom pans can be easily cleaned off with a cloth dampened in vinegar.
  • Page 23 Instructions for the user 8.3 Cleaning of the oven (without self-cleaning panels) For best oven upkeep clean regularly after having allowed to cool. Take out all removable parts. Detach the side guides by unscrewing ring nut A and sliding out of the rear hole B.
  • Page 24 Instructions for the user 8.3.4 Assembling the self-cleaning liners Remove all accessories from the oven; Remove the side racks (fig.1); Extract the side liners “F” and “G”(fig. 2); Remove the back panel “A” after undoing the threaded ring-nut “C” (fig. 2). Reassemble the panels, restoring them to their original position.

    Instructions for the user 9. EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE The oven may require extraordinary maintenance or replacement of parts subject to wear such as seals, bulbs, and so on. The following instructions describe how to carry out these minor maintenance operations. Before any intervention, disconnect the power supply of the device. 9.1 Replacement of light bulb Remove cover A by twisting anticlockwise, replace bulb B with another similar bulb.
  • Page 26 Instructions for the user 9.2 Removing the door Open the door completely and fit the pins (supplied) into the holes from the inside. Close the door to an angle of about 45°, lift it and remove it from its seat. To replace, fit the hinges into the grooves provided, then lower the door until it comes to rest and extract the pins.
