The seat belt fastening procedures in third and fourth row seat are
same with that of second row seat. However, both side seats do
not have the lap belt.
Seat Belt Latch for Center Jump Seat

Latch Plate for Center Seat Belt
The latch plate for center seat belt is stowed in a clevis between
center seat and left seat.

The latch is stored in the side
