Sauce:
125 ml dry white wine
200 ml cream
salt, pepper

1. Mix all sauce ingredients together.
2. Layer pork, pepper and pineapple in
casserole. Pour over sauce, cover and cook

600 W for 20 mins. or until meat is
tender, stirring occasionally.

1. Combine the meatloaf ingredients and form
into a loaf shape. Put into a glass dish,
place the bacon over the top and pour over
the bouillon. Do not cover.
