Changing The Settings Of Functions Of The Camera

Showing the display screen
1Turn on the power and set the mode dial to the capture
mode mark.
2Press the menu button to display the [Capture Settings]
menu.
3Press the right key of the four-way controller three times
to display the [Preferences] menu.
4While [Display] is highlighted, press the left soft key to
select the soft menu [Edit].
The display screen appears.

Setting the display of LCD monitor
1While Brightness of screen [4] is highlighted, press the
left and right arrows on the four-way controller to select
the brightness of the screen of the LCD monitor.
2Press the down arrow on the four-way controller to
highlight [Instant Review].
3Press the left and right arrows on the four-way controller
to select the time for which Instant Review is displayed.
4Use the same procedure to select [Live View] and
[Sleep Timeout].
5After setting the required items, pressing the right soft
key to select the soft menu [Exit] will return the screen
to the [Preferences] menu.
When resetting the system to the initial state, press the
left soft key to select the soft menu [Default].
6Press the right soft key to select the soft menu [Exit].
A screen of the contents that are set is displayed on
the LCD monitor.
