Protecting picture selected
1If the menu button is pressed, the [Edit] menu will be
displayed.
2If the down arrow on the four-way controller is pressed
twice, [Protect] will be displayed in highlighted text.
3Press the middle soft key to select the soft menu
[Protect].
Protection will be set for the selected pictures and the
protection symbol (key) will be displayed at the right
bottom of the edit screen.

Displaying edit screen
1Install the memory card holding the pictures for which
you wish to cancel protection.
2Turn on the power supply and turn the mode dial to the
review mode (
3The pictures saved in the memory card will be
displayed on the review screen.

Selecting picture for which protection is to be
cancelled
1Press the left and right arrows on the four-way control-
ler to scroll the pictures until the cursor points to the
picture you wish to cancel protection for.
