Print controller errors

If a print controller error occurred, first try to reset the error as described in
'Resetting error' on page 107. If this option does not work, try to reset the
entire controller as described in 'Resetting the controller' on page 100. Always
write down possible error codes. Error codes are explained in 'Océ 9700
controller error codes' on page 190. Also check if 'Print' is selected on the
main display (see 'The Océ 9700 with a controller (plot option)' on page 21)
and if the 'Stop' button has been used (see 'Stopping a copy or print job' on
page 29).

Other problems (call service)

Should there be a problem that you can not solve, call the Océ service
organisation. In that case switch off the system with the main switch and leave
the system as it is.
