Group Features

The group features available for this cordless phone are presented in the
following sections.
15.1

Group Call-pick-up

People working in a team can have their phones programmed by the system
administrator to form Call-pick-up groups. In a Call-pick-up group, any member
can answer any individual call to group members. To enable this function,
do the following:
Note: One Call-pick-up group can serve as an alternative to another group.

Common Bell Group

Calls are signalled on a Common bell. To answer, do the following:

Group Hunting

An internal Group Hunting number is a common directory number for a group of
extensions. Calls to the group will be indicated at a free extension in the group.
When you leave the group temporarily, you make your phone unavailable for
incoming calls.

Leaving the Group Temporarily
To leave the group temporarily, do the following:
1. Press *21* and enter your own extension number.
2. Press # and
