It customizes the dial tone when the
parameter "voice.tone.country" is
configured as Custom.

Freq: the frequency of the tone (ranges
from 200 to 7000 Hz). If the frequency is
set to 0Hz, it means silence. A tone can
be composited at most four different
frequencies.
Duration: the duration (in milliseconds)
of the ring tone, ranges from 0 to
30000ms.
The exclamation point (!) can be
added optionally, which means the
custom tone will be only played once.
You can configure at most eight
different tones for one condition. Tones
are separated by commas (e.g.,
250/200, !0/1000, 200+300/500,
600+700+800+1000/2000).
It customizes the ring-back tone when
the parameter "voice.tone.country" is
