Specifying scanning settings (Scan Settings)

Touch [Scan Settings] in the Fax/Scan mode screen, and then specify the
document scanning settings.

Simplex/Duplex

Select the appropriate ADF scanning method according to your document.
The following scanning methods are available.
Setting
1-Sided
2-Sided
Cover + 2-Sided

Touch [Scan Settings] in the Fax/Scan mode screen.
The Scan Settings screen appears.

Description
Select this setting to scan a single-sided document.
Select this setting to scan a double-sided document.
Select this setting to scan a document where the first page is
single-sided and the remaining pages are double-sided.
