You can see the progress of update at the status bar.

Afterwards you can see a selection of receivable satellites.
Select the satellite which you would like to receive with the
PR (+/-) buttons.
Confirm your selection with OK.
The field behind the selected satellite will be checked now.
Repeat these steps for all desired satellites.
Finally press Vol-+ to come to the next step.

The list on the screen shows the available RAPS data.
To select the ideal list, press the PR (+/-) buttons.
