q DC POWER CONNECTOR
Connects the suppled DC power cable from ths connec-
tor to an external 13.8 V battery.
w EXTERNAL SPEAKER JACK
Connects to an external speaker.
e GPS RECEIVER JACK
Connects to a GPS recever for poston ndcaton.
• A NMEA0183 ver. 2.0 or 3.01 (sentence formatters RMC, GGA,
GNS, GLL) compatble GPS recever s requred. Ask your
dealer about sutable GPS recevers.

CAUTION: After connectng the DC power cable, GPS
recever jack and external speaker jack, cover the con-
nector and jacks wth an adhesve tape as shown
below, to prevent water seepng nto the transcever.

r ANTENNA CONNECTOR
Connects a marne VHF antenna wth a PL-259 connec-
tor to the transcever.
CAUTION: Transmttng wthout an antenna may dam-
age the transcever.
t GROUND TERMINAL
Connect ths termnal to a vessel ground to prevent elec-
trcal shocks and nterference from other equpment oc-
currng. Use a PH M3 × 6 mm screw (not suppled).
