Super Clean accessories
The accessories have a dirt-repellent coating and will
last a long time if looked after properly. Use plastic or
wooden utensils, not metal, to prevent damage to the
tray. Use the plastic knife provided for sponge cakes.
Remember that pans with rough bases can damage the
accessories.
Clean your super clean accessories with a soft
sponge or brush in warm water and with a little
washing-up liquid. Do not use the dishwasher.
The accessories withstand temperatures of up to
270°C. Do not heat the accessories without food or
cakes etc. Do not put them on a hot hob where they are
likely to get damaged.
