5.1 Overview

Use the V310's phonebook to view or store the names and phone numbers of your contacts.
The following sections describe how to add and use phonebook entries.
Note: The V310 can hold a maximum of 200 private phone numbers and 200 public
phone numbers. Public phone numbers are provided by the PBX to which your
phone is connected, while private numbers are the ones you enter into your phone
memory yourself.

5.1.1 What You Can Do in This Chapter

• View a list of your contacts
• Add a call record to your phonebook
• Search for a specific contact in your phonebook
• Delete a specific contact in your phonebook
• Call a Phonebook Contact
• View a list of received, dialed and missed calls

5.2 View Phonebook Contacts

Use the phonebook to view a list of pre-configures contacts.
Select MENU > Phonebook. The following screen displays. Select the Phone Book option and

press OK. This is the same function as pressing the actual CONTACT button.
