Your phone displays information about calls, messages, soft keys, time, date,
and other relevant data.
Important messages appear on the home screen through an animated scrolling
list, which has precedence over the home screen. The following figure shows
one such messages. The messages continuously scroll on the screen's top line.
The background and key colors that appear on your SoundPoint IP 450 phone may
differ from what appears in this user guide.

second party, number of calls
Information status line
• Popup text (for example, network errors)
• Do Not Disturb text
• Missed call text or second incoming caller

used for time/date display)
