SERVICE SCHEDULE (XC)

Service work (as additional order)

Change the front brake fluid.
Change the rear brake fluid.
Change the hydraulic clutch fluid.
Grease the steering head bearing.
Check/set the carburetor components.
Conduct a major fork service. (All XC models)
Service the shock absorber. (All XC models)
Check the starter drive. x (250/300 XC)
Change the piston and check the cylinder.
Change the connecting rod, conrod bearing and crank pin.
Check the transmission and shift mechanism.
Change all engine bearings.
S40A: Every 40 service hours - corresponds to about 280 liters of fuel (74 US gal)
S80A: Every 80 service hours - corresponds to approx. 560 liters of fuel (148 US gal) / every 40 service hours when used for sporting
purposes - corresponds to approx. 280 liters of fuel (74 US gal)
