Scanning
– Select the orientation and size of the paper to be scanned.
– Touching [Custom Size] displays the Custom Size screen. Use the
keypad to type in the size, and then touch [OK].
– The values can be specified in 0.1 mm increments.
– Touching [Photo Size] displays the Photo Size screen. Select the
orientation and size of the photo to be scanned, and then touch
[OK].

Touch [OK], and then touch [OK] in the next two screens that appear.

Annotation (Application)

Previously specified text, numbers or the date/time can be added to a doc-
ument when it is scanned and saved in a user box.
For details on saving documents and creating annotation user boxes, refer
to the User's Guide [Box Operations].
